Star Foundation Brings Smiles to Rural Children before Christmas

If Christmas means bringing smile to the people, Star Foundation in Jaipur has gathered many twinkling smiles even before the world got into the groove of Christmas mood. Dozens of children from rural background dined at Lé Spring by IBC in Vaishali Nagar in Jaipur and enjoyed an evening filled with laughter and gaiety.

The event was organized by Rukshmani Kumari of Star Foundation who has been trying to bring change in lives of rural children around Jaipur. Many of the children those dined at Lé Spring by IBC had never dined out in an up-scale restaurant serving European cuisines.

They flanked Rukshmani Kumari to Lé Spring by IBC with confidence but got little shy when they entered the opulent setting which was they were not familiar with. With little persuasion by Rukshmani Kumari and friendly welcome hotel staff made them comfortable within few minutes. Lé Spring by IBC was soon bustling with laughter and giggling with twinkling in their eyes. Day ended with parting gifts for all the children.

Sparkles in the eyes and ear to ear smile before Christmas for these children was an effort by Rukshmani Kumari a social worker in Jaipur who is contributing her bit to make world a better place. And, small steps for the mankind will surely prove to be a huge leap for humanity.
